The French luxury group LVMH (Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Fendi, Celine, Pucci, Loro Piana, Givenchy, Kenzo) keeps investing in Tuscany, attracted by the local expertise in the leather sector, and it’s ready to set up a new production facility in Radda in Chianti (Siena), dedicated to the production of Céline bags and leather accessories.
After the leather factory in Greve in Chianti (Céline Production), the French brand is therefore doubling its manufacturing presence in Tuscany.
The arrival of LVMH in Radda in Chianti was announced by the Mayor, Pier Paolo Mugnaini, during the City Council: the French group has acquired the property of the former furniture factory Laca, Villa Radda.
The new manufacturing plant will create 100 new jobs. The recruitment has already started: applicants must have a diploma, experience in the production field and manual skills.
