Toscana Technologica and Smau Firenze return for the second year at the Fortezza da Basso on 14 and 15 July. Two days of meetings and events to promote the meeting between businesses and public administrations and the innovation system. The 2014 edition, organized by the Tuscany Region in collaboration with Smau, has garnered interest and attention of the world that revolves around these issues, both regionally and nationally and internationally, with a great public success that this' year it plans to consolidate, involving more and more business reality and strengthening synergies and networks between the different actors of innovation. Toscana Technologica aims to give visibility to the Tuscan production system, as a meeting point between tradition and manual skills, innovation and high technology, as well as to boost start-ups and to introduce businesses and projects financed and supported by the Region of Tuscany, under the Por CReO ERDF 2014-2020, as well as to enhance the regional production system also with a view to attracting investments.
While the finalit popular event, the other is characterized by its technical, professional and aims to become a place to meet and exchange between operators in the world of production, research, technology and finance. Protagonists of the event will be the Tuscan companies: will be invited to participate in the multinational groups based in Tuscany and the universe of SMEs that, in recent years, has completed innovative projects with the support of the Region. They will also present industrial and financial investors, the University of the Region, research centers and the Innovation Clusters. The event will be open to potential foreign investors.
