Properties of Terme di Montecatini Spa

Until  the 80’s the building was used for  the free distribution of the thermal waters  to the inhabitants of the Municipality of Montecatini Terme and the poor. It is composed of a single rectangular building   with a basement floor. The main facade is made up of a central part  and two symmetrical sides. The look is a large covered portico  with round arches set on pillars in joint parameter bricks. The decorations are in faux travertine . The central hall leads to a large covered terrace and from it, by  two symmetrical flights of stairs ,  to the basement and the adjoining courtyard . In the basement   are the toilets and  services  on two symmetrical sides. The property lies in Subarea F3 / B “thermal expansion area”.
