Works on the historic park, on  the buildings with monumental  and landscape restrictionst , according to the Legislative Decree no. 42/2004,  shall comply with Articles 12 and 20 of the PS, shall comply with Article 81 of the Regional Law 1/2005 and modifications,  and obtain appropriate and preventive authorization under the afore said Code.
