The Tuscany Region, Italy, has the pleasure to inform you of its participation to Expo Real 2016 (october 4-6, 2016) within the Italian Pavilion (booth B1.430).

During the days of the fair, several regional real estate properties – for an estimated value of about 650 million euro – will be presented to the international market.

We are talking about extraordinary buildings, of high value and located in prestigious urban contexts, owned by the Tuscany Region and the Health Authorities of Tuscany.

All of them have great potential, which reflects the famous Tuscan charm, such as Villa Olga Basilewsky, Villa Fabbricotti and Villa Larderel in Pozzolatico (Impruneta).
